Tales of the Elders of Ireland (Acallam na Senórach) represents the largest literary text surviving from 12th-century Ireland, the most comprehensive early collection of Fenian stories and poetry. Does anybody know if there is an audio version of “The Tain Bo Cuailnge”?
(I know there isn’t one here but was it ever recorded professionally?)
Supposedly the original texts weren’t as de-paganized by monks to the same degree as Tales of the Elders.
(No disrespect to this translation — the monks did their damage centuries ago and you can only translate what was retained).
